WeGo Public Transit intends to establish a sole source procurement with Trapeze/Vontas (Trapeze), Inc. to provide software licenses, upgrades, and maintenance for vehicle location, passenger information, and signage, route management, and associated fleet management and communication tasks. In addition to software, the procurement will include spare parts to maintain onboard vehicle equipment and passenger information hardware.
Companies that believe they can compete for this requirement must send a statement documenting the company’s ability to meet the specifications, along with documentation that any software and hardware being offered is fully compatible with Trapeze products and WeGo’s existing data collection procedures. Statements should be submitted to [email protected] by 2:00 PM CT, July 27, 2022.
WeGo reserves the right to proceed with its current vendor if it is determined that no other entity has the equipment, software, and schedule that meet the agency’s requirements.
