WeGo offers express bus service from Dickson, Bellevue

Weekday peak trips to/from downtown Nashville

NASHVILLE – A reminder that commuters can take a break from driving and ride WeGo Public Transit to and from Dickson and Bellevue and downtown Nashville. Route 88 Dickson operates during peak hours on weekday mornings and afternoons and features comfortable coaches and limited stops.

Two morning departures and two afternoon return trips are offered daily between the free Park & Ride lot at the Dickson Walmart, located off Highway 46 and Beasley Drive, Bellevue Park & Ride at 7650 Coley David Road, and the Elizabeth Duff Transit Center at WeGo Central in downtown Nashville.

Gray Line of Tennessee, under contract with WeGo, operates the coach buses, which have TVs, Wi-Fi, and restrooms, and accommodate up to 54 passengers per bus. Each ride costs $4.25 or $73.50 for 20 rides. Tickets can be purchased via QuickTicket online at QuickTicketTN.com.

The first bus departs from Walmart at 5:50 a.m., stops at the Bellevue Park & Ride at 6:20 a.m., and arrives at WeGo Central at 6:45 a.m. A second bus leaves Dickson at 6:25 a.m., stops in Bellevue at 6:55 a.m., and arrives in Nashville at 7:25 a.m. Return trips in the afternoon depart from WeGo Central at 4:05 p.m. and 4:50 p.m., arrive in Bellevue at 4:28 p.m. and 5:18 p.m., and arrive in Dickson at 5:08 p.m. and 6:03 p.m., respectively.

Express bus customers can also pre-register for Emergency Ride Home, which provides a voucher for transportation home, except in weather situations. For more information visit WeGoTransit.com.
