PUBLIC NOTICE
Nashville MTA and RTA as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) regulations, contained under 49 CFR Part 26, announces the proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise triennial goals for applicable professional services, construction services and other procurement contracting opportunities administered through Nashville MTA and RTA and funded by the USDOT during Federal Fiscal Years FFY 2024-2026, effective from October 1, 2023-September 30, 2026
The DBE Triennial Overall Goal for MTA is 5%.
The DBE Triennial Overall Goal for RTA is 3.8%
The methodology used in establishing the overall DBE goal is available for review at Connecting People | WeGo Public Transit (wegotransit.com).
Nashville MTA & RTA are required to consider your comments on our overall proposed goals.
Written comments on the DBE goal will be accepted from the public for 30 days following the date of this notice. Comments may be directed to:
